New for 2015 – Asarum (Wild Gingers)

Asarum nobilissimum King Kong PDN007 clump in flower vert.cc

New for 2015 is Asarum nobilissimum ‘King Kong’.  This Plant Delights selection has massive 4″ wide flowers which are yellow with purple specks, compared to the typical darker purple flower.  We’re guessing this should be a Zone 7a plant at least.

Asarum inflatum ‘Shanghai’ is an incredible wild ginger from plantsman Jim Waddick. It’s taken us a decade to build up enough stock to finally share.  Again, we guessing Zone 7a winter hardiness at least. The new catalog goes on-line December 31…four days and counting!
